In a world full of templated logos and muted palettes, some brands just bloom with individuality—and that’s exactly what we created for Kids in Bloom, a pediatric occupational therapy business launched by Audrey, a compassionate and creative therapist on a mission to help children thrive.
From the first conversation, it was clear that Audrey’s heart-centered approach to occupational therapy needed a brand identity that was just as unique, playful, and full of warmth as the children she supports. She envisioned a design that was both professional and whimsical, something that felt safe and inviting to families while standing out in a crowded market of pediatric providers.
“Each child is different”—this truth was the inspiration behind the Kids in Bloom logo design. Audrey wanted the brand to reflect this deeply personal philosophy. We chose flowers with different-sized petals to symbolize the beautiful individuality of every child who walks through her door. No two are the same, and that’s something to celebrate. The entire brand and logo design is in honor of one of her sweet patients that passed, Claire.
The brand is filled with hand-drawn elements—from rainbows and sunshine to butterflies and smiling flowers—all designed to evoke joy, creativity, and a sense of calm. These little illustrations aren’t just cute; they’re intentional. Each element was selected to make children feel safe, welcomed, and understood.
Color plays a huge role in branding for pediatric therapy and kids-related businesses. We landed on a bright, happy pastel palette that feels playful without being overwhelming. Think cotton candy skies, cheerful blooms, and soft sunshine:
Together, these colors help position Kids in Bloom as a safe, joyful place where little ones can learn, grow, and shine.
We created a main logo, a submark, and an alternate logo, giving Audrey flexibility across print, digital, and product use. The typography is bold yet friendly—perfect for a business that needs to speak to both kids and their parents.
The “O” in “BLOOM” is replaced with a flower featuring a smiling face, turning the logo into an icon that’s instantly recognizable and universally heartwarming.
The suite of brand elements includes:
Every visual detail was created with intention—no generic clipart, no mass-market templates. Just one-of-a-kind graphics that help Audrey’s brand radiate her values and connect with her audience.

It’s your first impression. It’s how you show parents you’re trustworthy, how you help kids feel safe, and how you stand out from competitors.
