The Balloon Business Glow-Up Giveaway
By entering the Balloon Business Glow-Up Giveaway, you agree to the following Official Rules.
Giveaway Hosts
The Balloon Business Glow-Up Giveaway is co-hosted by:
Daydream Sites
Scallops Design
Copper State Socials
Collectively referred to throughout these rules as the “Hosts.”
Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on Sunday, September 13, 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Entries received before or after the official giveaway period will not be eligible.
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Entrants must be a current or aspiring balloon artist, event stylist, event planner, party professional, or similar creative business owner.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Hosts are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
How to Enter
To receive one valid entry, participants must complete both of the following requirements during the giveaway period:
Follow Daydream Sites, Scallops Design, and Copper State Socials on Instagram.
Submit their name and email address through the official giveaway form at daydreamsites.com/giveaway.
Both requirements must be completed before the giveaway closes on September 13, 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Limit one entry per person.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
The Hosts reserve the right to verify that the selected potential winner completed all entry requirements before awarding the prize.
Prize
One winner will receive the complete Balloon Business Glow-Up Giveaway Prize Package, with an approximate total retail value of $1,749 USD.
Daydream Sites Prize
One Showit website template of the winner’s choice from the Daydream Sites Template Shop.
Approximate Retail Value: $549 USD
This prize includes the DIY Showit website template only.
The prize does not include:
Website setup
Template customization
Website design services
Copywriting
SEO services or setup
Domain setup or connection
Showit subscription fees
Third-party font licenses
Third-party software or subscriptions
Done-for-you implementation
The winner is responsible for customizing and setting up the template and for purchasing or maintaining any third-party subscriptions or licenses required to use it.
Scallops Design Prize
One branding package including:
Custom logo
Pricing menu
Approximate Retail Value: $600 USD
Any additional branding services or deliverables not specifically listed above are not included unless otherwise agreed to by Scallops Design.
Copper State Socials Prize
The winner will receive:
One 30-minute 1:1 social media strategy call to review their account and map out customized recommendations
Three custom, ready-to-use feed posts or Instagram Stories designed to support their holiday campaign
Approximate Retail Value: $600 USD
Any additional strategy, design, account management, posting, or social media services are not included unless otherwise agreed to by Copper State Socials.
Total Prize Value
The approximate retail value of the complete prize package is:
$1,749 USD
For Canadian entrants, the approximate value of the prize in Canadian dollars will vary based on the applicable currency exchange rate.
The prize has no cash alternative and may not be exchanged for cash.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be applied as credit toward other products or services unless the individual prize provider agrees otherwise.
Canadian promotional contest rules require disclosure of the number and approximate value of prizes and other material information affecting an entrant’s chances of winning.
Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Before confirming the winner, the Hosts may verify that the selected entrant:
Submitted the official giveaway form
Follows all three required Instagram accounts
Meets all eligibility requirements outlined in these rules
If the selected entrant does not meet all requirements, another potential winner may be selected at random.
Canadian Entrants
If the selected potential winner is a resident of Canada, they must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the official winner and before receiving the prize.
If the selected Canadian entrant does not correctly answer the skill-testing question, they will not be declared the winner, and the Hosts may randomly select another eligible entrant.
Canadian contest guidance specifically identifies the skill-testing-question requirement as information that should be disclosed when applicable.
Winner Notification
The potential winner will be selected and contacted on Sunday, September 13, 2026 using the email address submitted through the giveaway entry form.
The selected potential winner must respond within 7 days of the notification.
The potential winner will not be considered the official winner until all eligibility requirements have been verified and, if the entrant is Canadian, the required skill-testing question has been answered correctly.
Winner Announcement
Once the winner has been verified, the Hosts may publicly announce the winner on their Instagram accounts, websites, email marketing, and other social media or marketing channels.
The Hosts intend to announce the winner by 8:00 PM Eastern Time on Sunday, September 13, 2026, provided that eligibility can be verified by that time.
If verification has not been completed, the announcement may be delayed until the winner is officially confirmed.
Claiming the Prize
If the selected potential winner:
Does not respond within 7 days
Cannot be contacted
Is found to be ineligible
Did not complete all required entry steps
Declines the prize
Or, if Canadian, does not correctly answer the required skill-testing question
the Hosts reserve the right to select another potential winner at random.
The confirmed winner will work directly with each Host to coordinate delivery of that Host’s individual portion of the prize.
Each Host is solely responsible for providing their own portion of the giveaway prize.
The Hosts will make reasonable efforts to provide the prizes within a reasonable period after the winner has been confirmed. Canadian promotional contest rules prohibit undue delay in prize distribution.
Email Marketing
Entry into the giveaway does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing emails from the Hosts.
Participants may separately choose to receive marketing communications from Daydream Sites, Scallops Design, and Copper State Socials through an optional consent checkbox on the giveaway entry form.
If a participant provides this consent, their name and email address may be shared with:
Daydream Sites
Scallops Design
Copper State Socials
Participants who opt in may receive promotional emails, updates, offers, tips, and other marketing communications from each Host.
Each Host independently manages its own email marketing and privacy practices.
Participants may unsubscribe from any Host’s marketing emails at any time.
Canadian anti-spam law generally requires consent before businesses send commercial electronic messages, and businesses should be able to demonstrate that consent.
Publicity
Unless prohibited by applicable law, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that the Hosts may publicly share the winner’s:
First name
Business name
Instagram username
Business social media account
in connection with announcing and promoting the results of the giveaway.
Instagram & Meta Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
Instagram and Meta are not responsible for the administration of this giveaway, selection of the winner, or fulfillment of any prize.
By entering, each participant releases Instagram and Meta from responsibility or liability related to the promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the giveaway should be directed to the Hosts and not to Instagram or Meta.
Entry Conduct
Entrants may not:
Submit multiple entries
Use false identities or email addresses
Attempt to manipulate the giveaway
Use automated entry methods
Provide false or misleading information
Attempt to interfere with the random winner-selection process
The Hosts reserve the right to disqualify any entry reasonably believed to violate these rules.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Daydream Sites, Scallops Design, Copper State Socials, Instagram, and Meta from claims, damages, losses, or liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
Nothing in these rules excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Each Host is solely responsible for the product or service they provide as part of the giveaway.
Technical Issues
The Hosts are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, or not received because of technical problems, internet outages, website errors, email issues, Instagram outages, or other circumstances outside of the Hosts’ reasonable control.
Changes, Suspension, or Cancellation
The Hosts reserve the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical difficulties, platform issues, or circumstances outside of their reasonable control prevent the giveaway from operating as intended, subject to applicable law.
If a material change is made, the Hosts will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change through the giveaway website and/or their social media accounts.
Quebec Residents
The giveaway is open to eligible residents of Quebec.
Quebec eliminated its former provincial registration, filing, and fee requirements for publicity contests effective October 27, 2023, so those former Régie formalities are no longer required for a giveaway like this. Other applicable Canadian and Quebec laws still apply.
Governing Law
Except where prohibited by applicable law, these Official Rules and any dispute arising from the giveaway will be governed by applicable United States law, without depriving Canadian entrants of any mandatory rights or protections available under applicable Canadian federal or provincial law.
